AAK, a Swedish provider of vegetable oils and fats, has acquired Dutch company MaasRefinery, specialized in toll refining of vegetable oils and fats for the food industry, from Remia, a Dutch producer of sauces, dressings and fats. MaasRefinery employs approximately 20 people. AAK has 20 production facilities and over 3600 employees.
