HB Returnable Transport Solutions, an Utrecht based company responsible for cleaning, managing and leasing 2.8 million plastic crates, pallets and boxes, is getting a new owner. British investor Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP will acquire 98% of the company's shares and approximately 130 employees. The seller is Amsterdam investment company Mentha Capital, which has been a major shareholder of HB RTS since 2017. HB RTS has a turnover of approximately 35 million euros and has. amongst others, 10 branches in the Netherlands. The company, formerly known as Habé Middelencentra, is a logistics service provider that processes (returns) packaging for companies in the food and beverage industry. Customers include food manufacturers, supermarkets and transporters.
