BB Capital, a Dutch private equity firm, has acquired a majority interest in the Netherlands-based circular IT company Infradax. The company will use the investment to expand its market position in the Netherlands and Europe.BB Capital Investments acquired a majority stake in Infradax. The shares were sold by Infradax founder Rob Smits.
