Bencis Capital Partners and Wessels Bouwgroep have announced plans to enter into a strategic partnership, pending approval from the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). This collaboration aims to accelerate Wessels Bouwgroep’s growth and strengthen its position as a market leader in sustainable construction, renovation, and maintenance of facades and roofs.
Founded in 1968, Wessels Bouwgroep is a well-established company with expertise in high-quality, energy-efficient building exteriors. The investment will be carried out by Bencis Buyout Fund VI GP B.V., with the current shareholders and management reinvesting alongside Bencis. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approval.
