Dutch private equity firm Capital A has acquired a majority stake in Dutch HR consultancy Ambitious People Group. Ambitious People Group has five professional brands: SAM Recruitment, Ardekay IT Recruitment, LMH Engineering, Four Life Sciences and Five Finance. The company has nearly 200 employees and 24 offices in six countries. With Capital A as the investor behind it, Ambitious People Group plans to invest in the further digitization of its business model and further shape its international buying and building strategy.
