The transaction brings together capabilities in regulatory intelligence and GRC processes, addressing increasing regulatory complexity and the need for organisations to manage regulatory change in a structured and integrated way.
Ruler supports organisations in monitoring regulatory developments and translating
them into structured, actionable insights for compliance and risk teams. CERRIX enables organisations to structure, manage and embed Governance, Risk and Compliance processes within a single platform.
The combination enables organisations to manage the full lifecycle from regulatory change to risk, controls and compliance processes.
