Dstny acquires Qunifi

Dstny, a European provider of cloud-based business communications solutions, has announced the acquisition of Qunifi, a leading UK-based Microsoft Teams integration specialist.
Qunifi's Call2Teams platform is the global leader in Teams integration for UCaaS providers. Their services are global, with end customers in more than 100 countries and organizations around the world, and more than 2 million team users who rely on Qunifi for their daily communications.
Headquartered in Brussels, Dstny employs 750 people in 7 European countries (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom) and has an annual turnover of nearly 190 million euros in 2021. The company aims to grow from over 2.2 million users per day today: an interactive business communication tool delivered as a service and bringing employees and customers together through all communication formats

As Qunifi becomes part of Dstny, the team and management will be integrated into the Dstny group. The acquisition will increase geographic reach, business opportunities, drive new product development and accelerate growth for service provider customers, partners, and the Dstny and Qunifi teams.
