Dubois Chemicals Europe, a one-stop supplier of specialty chemicals for the processing, food and beverage, paper and pulp and water treatment industries, has acquired 100% ownership of Blendfill, a Dutch contract manufacturing company active in the chemical industry, Its shareholder Commas for purchase price is about 4.8 million.

With this acquisition, Dubois is trying to strengthen its position in the market.
