Gilde Equity Management (GEM), an independent private equity company that invests in businesses that are rooted in the Benelux and have international aspirations, acquires Licent Group. Licent Group is a cooperative of independent insurance advisors.
With this acquisition, GEM has control over 17 financial services and insurance companies through a company established for this purpose, Mirabel Groep.
