German software holding company GSG GENII Software Group has acquired a majority stake in Valk Solutions, a Dutch company providing all-in-one software solutions to empower the retail industry. The investment from GENII will allow Valk Solutions to accelerate growth and become a cloud solutions provider for retailers looking to serve customers across all channels. In addition, it will accelerate the growth of Valk Solutions' Benelux domestic market and the expansion of the DACH region.
