Story:
Amsterdam-based private equity firm, IceLake Capital, has acquired a stake in Dutch construction and maintenance company, Constructif. Constructif has been an expert in maintaining existing (non-)residential properties for 50 years. With a turnover of over 150 million euros, the company employs more than 500 people and has grown into a strong position in the Netherlands.
With this partnership, Constructif and IceLake Capital will work together for the sustainable development of the company.
