IVECO Schouten has acquired CFG Bedrijfswagens, a long-standing IVECO dealer in Limburg, from its major shareholder Georges Simons. CFG has been active in the truck and commercial vehicle sector since 1993 and also operates BUCA Hydrauliek, providing Palfinger hydraulic cranes and container systems — expertise that complements IVECO Schouten’s existing offering.
With this acquisition, IVECO Schouten expands to 19 locations across the Netherlands, strengthening its position in Limburg and moving closer to nationwide coverage. The deal also supports the company’s ambitions in sustainable transport, offering customers a full range of zero- and low-emission mobility solutions including electric, HVO and Bio-LNG powered vehicles.

Founded in 1993, CFG is an IVECO main dealer and hydraulic systems specialist in Born and Venlo, known for its service-oriented culture and complete transport solutions. Founder Georges Simons will remain actively involved in operations and continue as a shareholder in IVECO Schouten.
