Munckhof, a leading Dutch mobility provider, has acquired BAB-VIOS Touringcars (Den Haag) and Hofstad Tours (Leidschendam), further reinforcing its national footprint in the passenger transport sector. The acquisition adds approximately 60 employees and 45 vehicles to Munckhof’s fleet and operations, expanding its presence in the densely populated Randstad region.

With this strategic move, Munckhof continues its long-term growth strategy of acquiring strong regional operators to build a unified and high-quality transport network across the Netherlands. The addition of BAB-VIOS and Hofstad Tours complements existing services in the west of the country and enhances Munckhof’s ability to serve both public and private clients with efficient and sustainable mobility solutions.
