PIA Group enters Germany with acquisition of LADM

PIA Group, a Belgian accountancy, advisory and audit group, has acquired LADM, a regional firm with five offices and 130 employees in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The transaction marks PIA Group’s first strategic step into the German market and the launch of PIA Germany, making it the first Belgian firm in its segment to expand into Germany under its own brand.

LADM is a well-established regional player, providing integrated services in accountancy, audit and tax to SME clients. The firm is known for its strong local presence and client-centric approach.

The partnership aligns with PIA Group’s expansion strategy, which focuses on strengthening local firms while preserving their identity, supported by international scale, technology and expertise.

With the addition of LADM, PIA Group grows to nearly 3,500 employees internationally and aims to expand further in Germany to 1,000+ employees by 2027.
