Samsic Facility acquires Capital Cleaning Group from NewPort Capital

Samsic Facility, part of the French Samsic Group, has acquired Capital Cleaning Group (CCG), one of the Netherlands’ top 10 providers of commercial and cleanroom cleaning services. The transaction marks the exit of NewPort Capital, who partnered with CCG in 2022 and led a highly successful growth trajectory supported by a disciplined buy-and-build strategy.

Under NewPort’s ownership, CCG nearly tripled its revenue in just three years through a combination of organic growth and eight strategic add-on acquisitions. The company strengthened its customer proposition and positioned itself as a national leader in the specialised cleanroom segment.

Through the acquisition, CCG joins a €4 billion European facility services platform, gaining access to operational expertise, international scale, and new opportunities for innovation.
