SD Guthrie International acquires stake in Marvesa

SD Guthrie International Limited (SDGI), a subsidiary of Malaysia-based SD Guthrie Berhad and a leading global player in the oils and fats industry, has acquired a stake in Marvesa from Dutch private equity firm Parcom.

Marvesa specializes in the sourcing, blending, and distribution of high-quality oils and fats, with a strong focus on the animal feed and biofuel industries. Over the past years, and in partnership with Parcom, Marvesa has significantly strengthened its market position and expanded its capabilities across Europe.

The partnership with SDGI provides Marvesa with strategic access to an integrated global supply chain and accelerates its expansion into high-growth markets, particularly in Southeast Asia. For SDGI, the acquisition marks a key step in strengthening its European footprint and diversifying its portfolio beyond palm-based products.
