Sofindev has acquired a majority stake in Euphoria Mobility, a leading provider of integrated software and hardware solutions for the mobility sector and contract passenger transport. The investment marks a key milestone in Euphoria's growth strategy, enabling it to accelerate European expansion, strengthen its position in the Benelux, and scale its AI-driven route planning software.
Founded in 1993, Euphoria serves hundreds of fleet operators across the Benelux, Scandinavia, and the Middle East. Its end-to-end platform integrates seamlessly with ERP, invoicing, and route planning systems—powering compliance, operational efficiency, and enhanced passenger experiences.
As part of the transaction, the broader Euphoria management team joins as shareholders alongside Sofindev, underlining their commitment to long-term value creation. The investment also includes a minority stake by Quaestor, which has been a recurring investor in Sofindev funds since 2015.
