Trillium Flow Technologies, a Scotland-based designer, manufacturer and aftermarket services provider of engineered valves and pumps, has acquired Red Point Alloys from its shareholders. Red Point Alloys is a Netherlands-based material isolation valves producer. Trillium is backed by First Reserve, a US-based private equity investment firm.
