Valtus, the global leader in executive interim management, has acquired Swiss-based FS Partners, completing its full DACH coverage with a tenth European subsidiary. Already active in Germany and Austria, Valtus now expands into Switzerland—one of Europe’s most important hubs for finance, pharma, and technology—bringing its global reach to one of Europe’s most strategic regions.
The acquisition enables Valtus to offer its full portfolio of services in Switzerland: executive interim management, restructuring & financial advisory, consulting, and functional specialists. The deal ensures continuity of the FS Partners leadership team while opening access to Valtus’ global network spanning nearly 30 countries.
Founded in 2009, FS Partners is Switzerland’s premier boutique for finance-related interim management. The firm has delivered over 550 assignments for more than 450 clients, including complex restructuring and transformation mandates.
