Balderton Capital, a UK-based venture capital firm, and SINBON Electronics, a Taiwan-based provider of integrated design and production services for electronic components, have invested €12.5 million in VanMoof, the Dutch e-bike meets tech scale-up. The funds will support the brand’s international expansion as it scales up to meet increased demand. The investment follows the launch the new electric VanMoof S3 & X3 bikes.
