VDK Groep, a leading Dutch network of over 100 technical installation and maintenance companies, has acquired Van Hoften Installatietechniek and Van Puijenbroek Installaties. The acquisition strengthens VDK’s national position in HVAC, plumbing, and sustainable installation technologies for both residential and utility construction.
Founded in 1978, Van Hoften has grown into a full-service installer with in-house design, prefabrication, and execution capabilities. The company, based in Hardinxveld-Giessendam and Eindhoven, focuses on large-scale housing and utility projects, including renovation and transformation. With a dedicated prefab facility of 1,200 m² and over 90 employees, Van Hoften delivers installations for around 2,000 homes annually.
In 2022, Van Puijenbroek Installaties — a company with over 110 years of history in sustainable HVAC systems — joined Van Hoften, further expanding expertise in energy-efficient solutions.
