Dutch investment firm Parcom Capital has acquired a minority stake in Wajer Yachts, a Dutch family-owned business that manufactures luxury open-day yachts up to 77 feet long. The partnership helps further investment in sustainability, building a repair shipyard in the south of France and expanding into the United States, where Wajer Bay Marina has just opened in Miami.
