Washin7, one of the largest carwash operators in the Netherlands, has acquired a majority stake in CarPro Carwash, a regional carwash group with locations in Weert, Helmond, Best, Nuenen, Cuijk, and soon Someren.
Founded in 2007 by Jan Jacob Prosman, CarPro grew into a respected player in the South of the Netherlands, offering high-quality wash services and customer extras such as covered vacuum stations, tire pressure systems, and cleaning accessories.
The acquisition allows Washin7 to strengthen its network, expand its customer base, and realise growth ambitions in a market challenged by energy grid congestion and limited availability of new build locations.

Jan Jacob Prosman remains involved as a shareholder in Washin7 and will support the integration, while also focusing on the development of a new location in Someren.
All 50 CarPro employees will transfer to the new owner, ensuring operational continuity and regional expertise.
