The property consists of two buildings with a total of 57,836 m² of commercial space and 1,723 m² of office space. Located on the Dever business park, the location offers a fast connection to Leiden and Hoofddorp. Dever mainly houses companies that focus on distribution, logistics and transport. The seller was advised by NL real estate – Knight Frank. The property is leased to C&A Nederland B.V. and Bijwaard Transport B.V.
