Logicall acquires Drake & Farrell

Logicall, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, has announced the acquisition of Drake & Farrell B.V., with DEX international M&A acting as the advisor to Drake & Farrell’s shareholders. This strategic move is set to create a unique combination in the logistics sector, enhancing the sustainability of supply chains for their customers.

Drake & Farrell is renowned for its mission to eliminate e-waste through its value-added circular supply chain solutions for the Telecommunication, E-mobility, and MedTech industries. With operations in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, Drake & Farrell has successfully saved millions of tons of electronic waste, significantly reducing the working capital and ecological footprint of its customers.

Logicall, a comprehensive logistics provider with 35 offices and over 1,500 employees across twelve countries, offers seamless services across key locations. The acquisition is expected to bolster Logicall's capabilities in reverse logistics and the refurbishment of electronic equipment, reinforcing their commitment to enhancing the circularity of supply chains.
