CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has completed the acquisition of Nijhoff Passage, a supermarket-led shopping centre in Delft, on behalf of the convenience retail portfolio of PME Pensioenfonds.
The transaction comprises the shopping centre and its parking facility, acquired from a private investor.
Located on the Martinus Nijhofflaan, Nijhoff Passage comprises more than 5,800 m² of retail space. The centre is anchored by an Albert Heijn XL supermarket and also includes Etos, Gall & Gall and five other daily-needs retailers.
The acquisition strengthens CBRE IM's portfolio of convenience retail assets, focusing on locations with strong local catchments and resilient daily-needs retail.
