Dutch private equity firm NPM Capital has acquired HQ Group, a Dutch company that designs, assembles and ships packaging systems for customers' industrial and high-tech components. Products include boxes, bags and wraps made from materials such as foam, corrugated plastic and plywood.

With the entry of NPM, HQ Group gained a long-term shareholder circle and found further support for HQ Group's expansion strategy and international development.
