On behalf of Ivanhoe Cambridge, URBZ Capital has acquired a business complex at Schuttevaerweg 22, Amstelstraat 11 and Vlaardingweg 63-65 at the Spaanse Polder industrial area in Rotterdam. This is a sale and leaseback transaction for three buildings with a total area of approximately 19,000m² of commercial/office space on over 28,000m² of land. URBZ Capital intends to continue transforming the building into a modern and sustainable last mile hub over the next few years.
