On behalf of Ivanhoe Cambridge, URBZ Capital has acquired a business complex at Schuttevaerweg 22, Amstelstraat 11 and Vlaardingweg 63-65 at the Spaanse Polder industrial area in Rotterdam. This is a sale and leaseback transaction for three buildings with a total area of approximately 19,000mยฒ of commercial/office space on over 28,000mยฒ of land. URBZ Capital intends to continue transforming the building into a modern and sustainable last mile hub over the next few years. According to the delivery note, seller Bidfood received โ‚ฌ21.25 million They obtained commercial and legal advice from 1530 Real Estate, Wilnis House Advocatuur and a VBC Notarissen. The buying party obtained legal advice from AKD Benelux attorneys.
