Addtech, a Swedish listed technology group, has acquired Staka, a Dutch manufacturer of stainless steel enclosures and roof access solutions, from OxGreenfield.
Staka, headquartered in Oosterhout, develops and produces high-quality stainless steel solutions for enclosure and roof access applications, primarily serving the construction and infrastructure sectors.
The transaction marks the next phase in Staka’s development following its acquisition by OxGreenfield in 2022, during which the company focused on further professionalisation, product development and strengthening its market position.
For Addtech, the acquisition strengthens its presence in the Netherlands and expands its capabilities within technical solutions for infrastructure and energy-related applications, driven by trends such as electrification and investments in sustainable infrastructure.
Staka will continue to operate independently within Addtech’s decentralised structure, with its existing management team remaining in place.
