German-based Heliograph Holding has acquired 100% of the shares in SPGPrints Austria from the Netherlands-based SPGPrints Group, bringing together complementary expertise in pre-press and printing technologies.
Heliograph is an international provider of pre-press solutions, engraving systems, processing equipment and laser technologies for the printing industry. The acquisition expands its product portfolio and provides a stronger foundation for SPGPrints Austria's future growth and development.
Following the transaction, SPGPrints Austria will continue working closely with SPGPrints Group's global sales and service network, maintaining access to technical expertise, services and international distribution channels. The company will also remain the exclusive European distributor of SPGPrints textile consumables, including rotary screens and digital textile inks.
SPGPrints Austria's existing team and customer contacts will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity for customers while creating new opportunities for innovation and growth under Heliograph's ownership.
