Human resource management and payroll software provider BCS HR Group ("BCS"), backed by software investor Main Capital Partners ("Main"), is acquiring the Dutch software company Tasper.The acquisitions of Tasper is in line with BCS HR Group's drive to expand its presence in the human capital management market in the Benelux region for further expansion. The human capital management market is expanding and offers various opportunities for integration. Following the acquisition, BCS HR Group has approximately 150 employees.
