Frankfurt am Main, 19 April 2024 – In a strategic initiative to boost its educational technology services, Squarance (operating under its Rise Up brand) has acquired Domoscio, a French leader in adaptive learning. Ludwig & Co. facilitated the acquisition as the exclusive advisor to Myskillcamp stakeholders, marking a pivotal advancement in the personalization of educational technology.

By incorporating Domoscio’s technologies, Squarance aims to bolster the efficiency and customization of its e-learning platforms. "We are very happy to continue Domoscio’s journey with Rise Up. Rise Up will now enhance its software solutions for employee training with Domoscio's innovative technologies, promoting more effective learning through personalized, interactive experiences. This deal expands Rise Up's offerings and aligns with its goals of facilitating both online and offline learning.

The acquisition involves Squarance acquiring 100% ownership of Domoscio in a share deal, with the financial terms remaining confidential. Dr. Thomas Ludwig, Hendrik Becker, Artem Fey, and Konrad Angelow from Ludwig & Co. managed the transaction.

This merger is expected to significantly enhance digital learning platforms worldwide by integrating Domoscio’s adaptive learning capabilities into Rise Up’s extensive service offerings, thereby setting new standards in education technology.
