Dutch-German investment firm Rhein Invest has acquired a majority stake in Cobeco Pharma, a Dutch private label manufacturer selling pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care and hygiene products for the intimate wellness industry.

Cobeco Pharma's new managing director, Robert-Jan Kooij, will hold a minority stake in the company, along with current operations manager Martijn Hillen.
