Building Technology, a portfolio company of Vectis Private Equity, has acquired Lauryssen, a Belgian specialist in HVAC, plumbing and roofing services based in Brecht.

Founded nearly 50 years ago, Lauryssen has grown into an established player in Flanders, employing approximately 120 professionals and generating €28 million in annual revenue.

The acquisition strengthens Building Technology's HVAC and roofing capabilities and supports its buy-and-build strategy of bringing together complementary technical installation businesses. With Lauryssen joining the group, Building Technology now employs more than 400 professionals across Flanders.

Lauryssen will retain its own identity and expertise while benefiting from the resources and scale of the wider group. CEO Kathleen Van Dijck will remain in her position, supporting the company's next phase of growth.
