Swedish listed industrial group Lifco AB has acquired Granada Secondary Glazing and its subsidiary Clearview Secondary Glazing, one of the UK’s largest manufacturers of bespoke secondary glazing products.
Founded in 1980, Granada supplies specialist secondary glazing solutions to trade and commercial customers, as well as directly to consumers through its Clearview subsidiary. The company has built a strong reputation in the UK market through its technical expertise, product innovation and long-standing customer relationships.
Operating across the North, Midlands, South East and South West of England, as well as Scotland, Granada has established itself as a leading niche player within the secondary glazing market.
The acquisition aligns with Lifco’s long-term strategy of acquiring market-leading niche businesses with resilient cash generation and sustainable growth potential. Lifco recognised Granada’s differentiated market position, operational track record and strong management culture.
