UK-based online video advertisement editing and publishing platform Peach has acquired Dutch start-up company Cape, which develops a software platform for creating campaigns and automating media buys for all social media platforms and all Google-Stack products. Peach is the market leader in video ad workflow and delivery.
Over the past 20 years, the advertising ecosystem has become very complex, and the demand for more and more content has resulted in a very time-consuming workflow. Digital marketing campaigns take weeks to launch, but are often delayed, resulting in high costs—additional fees, failed media plans, and delayed campaigns, to name a few. Peach aims to solve the complex and time-consuming workflow through product innovation, and the acquisition of Cape will accelerate that mission. Additionally, the acquisition will help Cape further accelerate its growth from the Benelux to the rest of the world, giving them the freedom to develop better products.
