Dutch staffing agency Welten Groep has announced that sponsor Straco has acquired a majority stake in the company from current First and Second Capital.
With this, Welten is taking a new step in its growth strategy and is studying entry into adjacent and European markets.
In addition to Welten's international expansion, Straco also hopes to advance the company's further digitalization and expansion of its service portfolio.
The deal is still subject to regulatory approval.
