Simple Agency Group has acquired NexusOne, a Copenhagen-based digital consultancy that combines strategy, design, data and technology to develop user-focused digital solutions.
NexusOne adds specialist capabilities in Microsoft technologies, particularly Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. The acquisition enables Simple Agency Group to expand its Microsoft offering and provide services that were previously delivered through external partners.
For NexusOne, joining Simple Agency Group provides access to a broader IT platform, shared capabilities and commercial scale to support its next phase of growth.
The transaction forms part of Simple Agency Group’s active buy-and-build strategy in the Danish IT services market. The privately owned group completed seven acquisitions during the first half of 2026 and has acquired 26 companies since 2021. Its model typically preserves the management, culture and brand of acquired businesses while connecting them to a shared platform for capital, support functions and commercial development.
The acquisition also strengthens Simple Agency Group’s presence in Copenhagen, supporting access to customers and talent in the Danish capital.
