Story:
DELOS Bouwgroep, with Hegeman Bouw & Infra at its core, acquires the companies Aluvo and de Bouwgroep. Delos expects a revenue of €125 million this year after the acquisition. The number of employees grew to around 300 people.
With the acquisitions, DELOS Bouwgroep is strengthening its national coverage within the Dutch infrastructure and utility market and is expanding its position to include residential construction, rendering technology and timber frame construction.
With the acquisition of Aluvo, Delos gained further access to residential and non-residential buildings (offices, schools, hospitals). The company has been engaged in the production, sale, construction and installation of aluminium window frames, doors and facade systems. Aluvo profile systems are used in new build and refurbishment projects. Aluvo is active throughout the Netherlands, but mainly focuses on the central and eastern part of the country.
The acquisition of Bouwgroep gives Delos expertise in sustainable wood construction and access to the Polish market. Several smaller regional construction companies, such as Vechtdal Bouw and Rens Bouw, operate under the Bouwgroep brand and specialize in wood-frame construction. Its production takes place in Poland; assembly takes place in the Netherlands.
