Dutch private equity firm Newport Capital has acquired a stake in PPC, a Dutch supplier of hard floors and ancillary products to Dutch flooring professionals. With the arrival of Newport as an investor, PPC can further expand and consolidate its position in the Dutch offline and online flooring specialist as well as in the wider home decorators market. Shareholders and directors will continue to lead the PPC with the rest of the management team.
