Ufenau Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Eco Kart GmbH and Eco Kart Adventure GmbH, establishing the foundation for a new European platform in the premium leisure and karting sector.
Based in Frankfurt am Main, Eco Kart Group operates a modern indoor leisure and events venue combining a multi-level electric karting track with bowling, billiards, darts, arcade games, a bar, a bistro and dedicated event facilities.
The two companies bring together complementary leisure concepts under one roof. Eco Kart GmbH operates the emissions-free indoor karting venue, while Eco Kart Adventure GmbH adds a premium bowling, entertainment and hospitality offering.
The management team will remain involved and continue developing the group alongside Ufenau. The investment is intended to support a cross-border buy-and-build strategy through additional locations and complementary leisure concepts across Europe.
