Story:
Duell Bike-Center Group, on of the leading distributors of powersports in the Nordic aftermarket, has acquired Techno Motor Veghel (TMV), a Dutch import and distribution company specializing in off-road sports motorcycle parts. Besides the Nordics, Duell is growing rapidly in other parts of Europe as well. The acquisition of TMV enables Duell to further expand in the European motocross market. Their goal is to accelerate their business growth first in the Benelux region and after that the rest of Europe.
The acquisition will have a multi-million-euro impact on Duell's turnover and will add significant new brands to its already extensive import portfolio.
